My Escuelita Spanish Immersion Camp and Garden Classroom offer children joyful, hands-on learning experiences rooted in Spanish, nature, culture, and community. In our mixed-age garden classroom, children dig, plant, harvest, cook, create, explore, sing, dance, play, and learn together while developing Spanish through natural conversation, stories, music, games, and literacy.
Our seasonal camps and garden experiences celebrate the changing seasons, family traditions, holidays, Indigenous knowledge, and cultures from Latin America and beyond. From planting winter vegetables and exploring pumpkins to making tamales, celebrating Día de los Muertos, Año Viejo, Los Reyes Magos, and Lunar New Year, children learn through meaningful experiences that connect language, food, gardening, creativity, and community.
